2023 Vacation
Nailed It has existed for 6 years now! As many of you know Nailed It is run by myself and no other employees and after 6 years, I will be taking my first vacation. Jenna and I are finally taking our honeymoon after being married for almost 8 years. At least that is what we are calling it! What this means is that from this Friday the 21st at Noon Central time orders will not ship at the normal pace. Any orders placed after that will start to be shipped on Monday, May 1st. I must thank everyone for trusting me with your disc orders over the years and for your understanding. I will not be as quick to reply to emails and messages but below are a couple tips to help in case I don’t reply quickly to possible issues.
Package says delivered but not there:
Please double check your shipping address and contact your local post office as they have GPS information and can contact the carrier. You may also want to ask your neighbors or neighbors who have a box near yours if applicable. If there is no luck I will get things sorted out when I’m back from vacation.
Disc damaged or warped during shipping:
Please take pictures and email me. I will assist you when I get back from vacation. In the mean time you may find letting it sit out on a flat surface for a couple of days will help.
Shipping address wrong on order:
Send me an email with the correct address and I will change it when I get back from vacation before shipping.
Any other issue:
Please email me and I will get back to you when I get back from vacation.
