Where are my confirmation/shipping emails?

If you can't locate your confirmation and/or shipping emails with tracking and have a Gmail account please check the "promotions" folder or tab. Google has been filtering a lot of non-marketing emails to that tab! If you still can't locate the emails or don't have a Gmail account please Contact Us!

What if I can't find an item?

Let us know! We will be expanding our selection for the foreseeable future and would love to know what you need!

How much does shipping cost?

We always offer free standard shipping to anywhere in the U.S. To meet customer deadlines, we do offer expedited shipping; select an expedited shipping method at checkout to view costs. We also offer international shipping. The costs for international packages vary, so please select international shipping at checkout to view shipping fees. 

When will you be shipping my items?

If your order is placed prior to 3pm Central time we typically get your order to the post office on the same day!
